A thriving culture whose species is known as the Clinklets, were once like any other beings on their planet. All living things fed off the sun and the planet and they prospered as much as they needed without overtaking other species, there were no such things as carnivores or herbivores at the time. The Clinklets believed that all living things had eyes, whether they were plants, animals or rocks, everything had some form of eye on the planet and so the Clinklets considered them alive.
The only exception to this was the Platni. The platni are a stump-like plant that showed no eyes and the clinklets decided that they were fine to eat. The clinklets would only eat the platni because they feared that if they were to eat a “living” creature, the creatures would get angry and fight back. This new form of nourishment would go on for hundreds of years until the Clinklets evolved to a point were it wasn’t possible to back and survive on the sun. The small pincer like creatures evolved into a more human-like appearance and could now only survive on platni. The clinklets have developed a culture and new individual beliefs for every Clinklet as they slowly abandoned their ancestors’ ways of thinking.
